Just finished this painting. Oil on canvas panel, 12 x 16. I was craving to do a painting with subtle colors and glazes. Here is the result.

This painting was simply outstanding. Wonderful tonality and luminosity that the picture fails to accurately represent. It arrived to the gallery unframed and we had a Louis XV style baroque frame with a linen liner that just wanted to surround the work. The look was simply marvelous. We had it on the floor ready to be photographed for the website, just moments after it had been framed, and a client who just purchased another one of Fiona's work saw it, loved it and bought it! Never made it on the wall ;)
